Training - Day 16

I've been feeling better today and so it was back to the gym. I did a 30 minute cycle on the "lazy" bike and then did a series of stretching that seems to have been devised to hurt rather than help. Joss showed me up again by cycling flat out for an hour. I on the other hand finished my entire workout in 50 minutes and wisely spent the waiting 10 minutes purchasing and eating a delicious flap-jack - who says I don't know how to train
